Need expertise:

Professional skills:

• 3 years of experience in a similar position
• additional education in the field of HR will be an advantage
• knowledge and practical use of modern personnel selection and evaluation techniques
• participation in other HR projects
• intermediate English language skills (oral and written)
• work experience in Google Workplace (Gmail, drive, docs, meet, calendar)

Personal skills:

• focus on the result, structural and systematic approach to tasks
• practical experience in the mode of multitasking
• structural and process thinking
• ability to ask questions, curiosity in everything

• analytical mindset

You will be responsible for:

• recruiting and selection of personnel: planning, organizing and carrying out the process of hiring new employees, including warehouse staff
• onboarding and adaptation: organization of the processes of passing the trial period and adaptation of new employees
• HR projects: support of existing HR projects (medical insurance, life insurance , English language courses)
• administration and filling of the internal HR system
• forming and maintaining a positive, productive atmosphere in the team
• consulting managers and employees on other issues
