Goals and tasks of the position:

1. Recruitment of personnel. 100% formed HR department. 100% complete team. A personnel reserve has been formed.

2. Strategic planning – formation of a plan for finding personnel according to the company's strategic goals.

3. Building a personnel development system: conducting competency assessments, developing and implementing an employee development plan (with the help of an internal training center or external trainings).

4. Coordination of the personnel onboarding process (there is an internal training center).

5. Building a system for the development of management personnel: assessment of managers according to the job profile according to the list of competencies, development of a development plan, search for trainings for the development of the competencies of managers, control of training results.

6. Participation in the project on analytics and optimization of business processes. Building the optimal model for the company's goals. Conducting an audit of deviations from prescribed processes.

7. Staff motivation: analysis of the level of staff motivation. Development and implementation of motivation programs.

8. Planning and budget control of the HR department. Timely approved budget for the year, month as needed.

9. Monthly analysis of the labor market in relation to employment.

10. Hr-branding: formation of the company's professional values.

11. Development of a strategy to create a positive image of candidates about the company (job sites, review sites, search communities), highlight the company's values.
