We expect from you: 3 years of experience in personnel management, excellent personnel management, training and development skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, empathy, ability to work independently and in a team, experience in personnel selection will be an advantage, Experience with personnel adaptation and training systems will be an advantage. What tasks we will assign you: Automation and digitalization of HR processes, Personnel selection: determining personnel needs, searching and evaluating candidates, organizing interviews, making hiring decisions, Training and staff development: development and implementation of training and staff development programs, evaluation of training effectiveness, Management of relations with employees: creation and maintenance of a positive working climate, conflict resolution, management of employee productivity, Work with corporate culture, Other duties related to personnel management.
