HR generalist in Smart Solutions

An international agribusiness company is seeking an HRG.Responsibilities: Primary responsibility for the full cycle of hiring processes for the assigned roles: phone screening and interviewing candidates; active search and approach to passive candidates in social networks and other platforms; creation of job announcements/campaigns in social networks; creation of talent reserves; Conducting and discussing evaluations; reference checks, if necessary.Collaborate with hiring managers and HRBP to determine effective search strategies to select the most qualified candidates for each job opening.Employer Branding projects; Implementation of a new employer brand in your region Active role in promoting DEI in your region, building the right networks, relationships with leaders and internal and external partnerships Third party management; vendors, agencies, technology/tool ​​partners Requirements: Minimum Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred 3-5 years of experience as an in-house or senior/lead agency recruiter for the industrial sector (manufacturing) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Ukrainian Deep understanding of the differences between in various roles in organizations Practical experience of full-cycle recruiting using various interview methods and assessment methods Knowledge of social networks, resume databases and professional networks ATS experience Conditions: official employment competitive salary level social guarantees hybrid work format, Mon-Fri 9/18
