At least 2 years of HR experience, working in advertising/digital/marketing agencies will be an advantage. Knowledge of HR processes, suggestions for their optimization and improvement. Monitor the labor market, search and select personnel Form a personnel reserve of project employees Coordinate adaptation and training of personnel Conduct one-to -one meeting with employees Conduct a potential assessment and plan the career development of employees Conduct a performance review together with managers and improve the motivation system Analyze the workload of employees, monitor the emotional state and prevent burnout, retain key employees Develop the employer brand and participate in corporate events Focus on 3 KRI: the effectiveness of closing vacancies, the level of staff turnover, the level of satisfaction, involvement and loyalty What do we offer?
