HR generalist in 1st Legion

We are looking for an HR generalist in the "First Legion" unique entertainment center. What will be included in your area of ​​responsibility: Drawing up a portrait of the ideal candidate and writing vacancies; Telephone screening of candidates; Conducting interviews; Adaptation of new team members; Motivation and development of employees; Support and development of corporate culture; Development of new motivational programs for personnel; Formation and management of personal files of employees; Work with documentation (job instructions, management of personal files of employees); Organization of various activities aimed at strengthening team spirit, growth and development of employees; Creation of an attractive reputation of the company on the labor market. What we expect from you: Experience in the full cycle of recruiting — from drawing up a portrait of a candidate to the adaptation of a new employee; Confident skills in HR analytics (understanding of the main metrics from the recruitment funnel to staff turnover), drawing up reports according to management requests.
