The company has branches in Ukraine. A staff of up to 200 employees. The result of your activity will be staffed with productive employees who will contribute to the growth and development of the company. Functional duties: Full cycle of recruiting. Selection from worker specialties to middle management. Adaptation of personnel. Ensuring the movement of a new employee at all stages of the onboarding program. Staff training. Control over the timely completion of training in the company. Formation of a personnel reserve, implementation of personnel retention and development programs. Support of the company's corporate culture. Job requirements: It is mandatory to have work experience in the HR position. Confident recruiting, the presence of successful cases. We need a candidate with flexible thinking, is able to find different ways to solve tasks, to attract and retain effective employees. High level of communication — the ability to establish contact and effectively interact with different psychotypes.
