What you need to do: conduct personnel records in full accordance with the law (up to 30 employees); Closing vacancies according to the company's request; Control over the deadlines for closing vacancies and stages of selection; Provide high-quality candidates for selection by the Customer (selection at their own level); Maintaining a database of candidates, entering the results of interviews into the database; Organization of the exit of candidates; Effective interaction with candidates and the Customer; Support of staff adaptation; Data analysis of expectations and proposals on salary (according to the candidates); Development and retention of personnel. Support of communication and relations within the organization. Reporting Our ideal candidate: Work experience of 1 year in a similar position; Knowledge of personnel administration; Responsibility, honesty and great desire; Knowledge of EXEL computer programs , WORD, MS Office; High level of communication and organizational skills; Show initiative and new ideas; Have leadership qualities; Ability to plan your work and working hours.
