We invite to the team a HRGeneralist who is ready to develop, influence processes and grow with us. Ahead is work with interesting tasks, including within the framework of international projects.

This role combines the functions of a recruiter and an HR specialist and is aimed at effective personnel management, employee development and maintaining high standards of corporate culture.

Requirements for the candidate:

  • Experience as an HR specialist from 3 years
  • Knowledge of modern methods of recruiting and personnel selection
  • Ability to work with different levels of candidates and employees
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills skills
  • Knowledge of legislation governing labor relations
  • Experience in implementing and developing employee adaptation, motivation, training systems
  • Experience in implementing and using tools to automate recruiting and/or HRM (preferred)
  • Employer brand development and active participation in creating an attractive company image on the labor market
  • Ability to work in a team and independently organize your work process.
  • English language skills from level B1 (preferred)

Your main functions:

  • Recruiting (application, candidate profile, publication vacancies, active search, interviews, candidate evaluation and selection, offers)
  • Adaptation: (conducting a welcome presentation, organization of settings and access, transfer of equipment, collection and signing of necessary documents).
  • Onboarding (incoming interviews, intermediate meetings, quality and timely feedback)
  • Offboarding (exit interviews, organization of transfer of cases, equipment, closing access, signing the necessary documents (if necessary), etc.
  • Participation in the formation of a staff motivation system
  • Development of staff development and training systems
  • Maintenance of vacation, sick leave, days off schedule.
  • Development of corporate culture (greetings, internal communications, staff events, merch, gifts, etc.)
  • Conducting 1:1 meetings (scheduled and on demand)
  • Work with personnel documentation
  • Participation in automation and improvement of business processes
