HR-generalist in Tehservis VEKO

Factory of equipment for the painting area "TVECO" is a family company where traditions are valued and a sincere atmosphere prevails. The company was founded in 1992 and currently has about 40 employees. From the moment of creation to the present, the company's specialists have developed and put into production dozens of models of equipment for cleaning and preparing the surfaces of products, and equipment for applying and drying paint coatings.

We have experience in the development, design, construction, production and installation of painting chambers for a wide variety of industrial companies. Our clients already include 10 of the 100 largest companies in Ukraine. Most of the armored vehicles and railway cars manufactured in Ukraine are painted in our facility! Zaporizhstal, Antonov planes, MI helicopters, even Yuzhmash aerospace missiles are painted in our cameras!

We are looking for a responsible and experienced HR manager who will build the HR function in the company and help us organize an effective hiring process. 

Responsibilities:

• Search and selection of employees (currently 5 job vacancies)
• Adaptation of newcomers, implementation of a mentoring system
• Compilation of employee job descriptions
• Development of salary and staff motivation systems together with the manager company
• Personnel administration is desirable (40 employees)

Working conditions:

• Official employment;
• Paid vacation, sick leave;

• Weekends and holidays according to the Cabinet of Ministers calendar of Ukraine;
• Working schedule: 08:00—17:00, Mon-Fri;
