Our client:
A private medical center is expanding its HR team and invites candidates for the position of "HR-generalist ».
Responsibilities:
- Support of internal HR processes (onboarding, management accounting, personnel development) ;
- Support of new hires during training and staff adaptation;
- Maintenance of documentation and candidate database, employment statistics and analytics (entering data into Google tables);< /li>
- Support and finalization of internal policies and rules of the company;
- Participation in the organization of events, support of EVP;
- Participation in the process of hiring personnel, from the search for candidates to their reception work;
- Independent management of individual vacancies (up to 5);
- Ensuring compliance with the requirements of legislation and internal policies of the company regarding personnel recruitment;
- Providing staff with advice on their requests .
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar position from 2 years;
- Experience in creating HR procedures and forming HR processes;
- Knowledge of modern personnel search methods;
- Practical experience of managing several diverse vacancies at the same time;
- Ability to conduct interviews and evaluate candidates;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- High responsibility and result-oriented.
Working conditions:
