Format of work : full time, remote, Lviv

If you..

• have experience in a relevant or similar position for at least 2 years;
• you have a creative approach to the tasks, know how to bring projects to the end and be responsible for the result;
• you have experience in recruiting and sourcing, know how to find ideal candidates, conduct interviews and evaluate their competencies;
• you take responsibility for yourself, offer new ideas, experiment in order to complete work faster and/or improve the quality of the final result;
• you have a high level of communication skills and the ability to build partnerships;
• you know how to negotiate, argue your point of view, find win-win solutions, work with feedback as a tool, manage communications at the team/work group level;
• you understand what the "adaptation period" of new colleagues is and you know what to do about it;

• psychological or pedagogical education or work experience in a relevant position with a high level of communication.
• experience in recruiting and sourcing will be a significant advantage.
• Strong Intermediate English.
