HR Generalist in DZEN

A top-1 music label is looking for a professional HR Generalist to join its strong team. The duties will include:

• Development and implementation of HR strategy;
• Closing positions in the team independently and in cooperation with recruiting agencies;
• Creating an onboarding process and conducting new employees through it;
• Formation and support of corporate culture and brand values;
• Work on L&D direction for the growth of employees; 
• Conducting performances, questionnaires and 1:1;
• Reporting on processes and HR analytics. 

Our ideal candidate has:

• Experience in HR from 3 years;
• Structural and strategic approach to processes, experience with metrics and analytical skills;
• Ability to easily establish contact and trusting relationships with employees, seeks to understand the problem situation and solve it;
• Experience working autonomously and strives to improve processes, initiate changes and takes responsibility for his work;
• Ready for large-scale challenges and from every "impossible" to create "we did it"!
