HR Generalist in PSV Game Studio

We, PSV Game Studio, are mobile game developers, have created over 250 of our games for Android and iOS, and also act as publishers for other companies and developers.

Due to team expansion, we are looking for a HR Generalist.

Responsibilities:

• Search and selection of candidates for vacancies according to the needs of the company.
• Conducting interviews with candidates.
• Coordinating the process recruitment and interaction with other departments.
• Onboarding and offboarding of employees.
• Employee motivation (conducting questionnaires, one-to-one meetings).
• Support and development corporate culture.
  

Requirements for the candidate:

• Work experience in a similar position for at least 2 years.< /li>
• Ability to conduct interviews and analyze the results.
• High level of communication skills.
• Initiative, responsibility.

• Work remotely or in the office in Chernivtsi.
• Full-time work (from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; 1 hour lunch break), 5 days a week (Saturday and Sunday are days off).
