HR Generalist in Networx

NETWORX is a digital marketing agency that promotes business in the digital world. We specialize in providing contextual/targeted advertising for the B2B segment and build sales departments for our clients. We invite to the team an experienced HR Generalist who knows how to bring strong specialists to the team and motivate them in the future. Requirements: - 2+ years of work experience in a similar position; - experience of working with the full life cycle of an employee in the company and knowledge of personnel work tools at each stage; - experience of setting up recruiting/HR processes from scratch; - knowledge and practical use of modern candidate selection and evaluation techniques; - experience of closing Tech/Non-Tech vacancies; - high emotional intelligence; - the ability to work autonomously. The main tasks: - a full cycle of recruiting (market analysis, receiving a search application, writing vacancies, choosing a publication channel, HR Interview); - onboarding and adaptation of new employees; - implementation of HR - processes from scratch (1:1, eNPC, surveys, Performance Review, etc.); - maintaining a friendly atmosphere in the team; - organizing activities and events; - working with the company's clients.
