✅ Responsibilities: - coordination of placement of job announcements on various platforms; - search for candidates; - selection and analysis of resumes; - appointment and conducting of interviews with potential employees; - preparation of job offers for candidates; - management processes of hiring an employee; - preparation of instructions, informational messages or measures regarding the start of a new employee and/or drawing up a development plan for a trial period; - conducting individual Performance Reviews, one-to-one, communication with employees regarding individual development plan and the development of these plans.- work on the motivation system for employees, its implementation, conducting various internal surveys, etc.; - office management. ✍🏻 What we expect from you: - work experience in HR - from 6 months; - planning and project management skills; - communication skills; - courage to make changes; - adaptability and stress resistance; - developed critical thinking and the ability to find non-standard solutions; - location : Lviv.⭐ It will be an advantage: - experience in building HR processes from scratch; - availability of specialized education in HR/Recruitment (courses, etc.). 📍 Working conditions: - a valuable team that develops quickly and on a large scale; market square; - competitive salary based on the results of the interview; - opportunity for growth in the company; - paid holidays and sick leave; - partial compensation for specialized training.
