Our expectations from the candidate:
- 2 years of work experience in the position of HR/HRG;
p>- experience in implementing and managing key HR processes;
- experience in successful recruitment of vacancies at various levels: mass recruitment, middle;
- German level not lower than B1-B2 ;
- thinks about the result, not the process.
Your future duties:
- recruitment of new employees at different levels;
- attraction of employees and managers from competing companies in our industry (hunting);
- induction, control for internships and training of new employees, certification and adaptation;
- ensuring the implementation of policies and instructions related to their work;
- ensuring employees' workplaces;
- work planning, analysis of results and control of plan implementation;
- delegation of responsibility and training of subordinates;
- conflict management and maintenance of a favorable climate in the team;
- support for effective communication with subordinates and management;
- participation in the organization and holding of corporate events;
- organization of motivational events to increase performance.
