HR Generalist in Smart Solutions

An international company in the field of agribusiness is looking for an HRG. 📍Responsibilities: ▪️Primarily responsible for the full cycle of hiring processes for the assigned roles: phone screenings and interviews with candidates; active search and approach to passive candidates in social networks and other platforms; creation of job announcements/campaigns in social networks; creation of talent reserves; ▪️Conducting and discussing evaluations; reference checks, if necessary.▪️Collaborate with hiring managers and HRBP to determine effective search strategies to select the most qualified candidates for each job opening.▪️Employer Branding projects; Implementation of a new employer brand in your region.▪️Active role in promoting DEI in your region, building the right networks, leadership connections and internal and external partnerships▪️Third party management; suppliers, agencies, technology/tools partners 📍Requirements: ▪️minimum bachelor's degree, master's degree preferred3−5 years of experience as an internal or senior/lead agency recruiter for the industrial sector (manufacturing)▪️Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Ukrainian in languages▪️In-depth understanding of the differences between different roles in organizations▪️Practical experience in full-cycle recruiting using various interview and assessment methods▪️Knowledge of social networks, resume databases and professional networks▪️ATS experience📍Conditions:▪️formal employment▪️competitive salary level▪️ social guarantees▪️hybrid work format, Mon-Fri 9/18
