We’re open to experiments, we respect freedom & proactiveness, and looking for a long game together!👀 Responsibilities ✍- Manage the full cycle of hiring processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.- Coordinate with freelancers for project-based work, ensuring timely recruitment and contract management.- Drive creative campaigns to enhance our employer brand and attract top talent, including merch development and company review profile management.- Continuously gather employee feedback and insights to understand overall satisfaction and engagement.- Lead performance review meetings, one-on-ones, and other career development opportunities.- Create, develop, and document HR & Recruitment-related processes and approaches,- Organize offline and online team events.- Develop and implement proposals for staff motivation (material / non-material).- Other initiatives on request🗒 Requirements ✔- Proficiency in English (B2-C2)- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in HR with a focus on recruitment.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.- Creative thinking and the ability to craft campaigns to attract talent.- Networking skills and a passion for building fruitful relationships.- Excellent project management abilities, coupled with strong analytical and organizational skills.- Proficiency in sourcing relevant resources and placements, with a solid understanding of HR principles.🤲 Would be a plus 👍- Previous track record of hiring marketing roles (preferably SEO, outreach & link building)- Experience in employer branding and CRM/HRIS/ATS systems- Experience Building HR & Recruitment processes from scratch🌈 What we offer 🤝- Personal growth along with the company to a C-level role- Ability to test & implement your ideas in real life!- Direct influence on company decisions- Continuous help from the CEO with your desired career growth, mentorship- Benefits Policy: we compensate 50% of expenses under our monthly budget on personal growth, health, mental activities, and everything else that will make you stronger, happier & productive!- Remote work and a flexible schedule- Competitive compensation and 25 paid vacation days per year- Corporate events and a truly friendly team, you’ll enjoy working with other mates
