REQUIREMENTS:

2. Knowledge and understanding of HR processes in IT outsourcing companies;

3. Experience in implementing HR processes in IT outsourcing companies;

4. High level of communication skills;

WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE:

1. Knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level and above;

2. Ability to create and implement processes in the company;

3. Knowledge of automation in the field of recruiting.

4. Interest in the video game industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Full cycle of recruiting (candidate search, interviews, documentation);

2. Communication with employees at the stages of onboarding, 1:1 meetings, salary review, termination of cooperation, etc.;

3. Filling and signing of various types of documents (contracts, annexes to them, offers, etc.);

4. Fulfillment of other, not complicated obligations.
