HR-Generalist in TrueLabel

Join our dynamic team as an HR Generalist where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing HR policies and procedures. As part of our company, you'll oversee various administrative tasks, manage HR systems, and ensure the smooth execution of onboarding and offboarding processes. Your responsibility:
 

• Develop and implement HR operations and policies, manage HR system;
• Manage administrative and travel projects for the teams;
• Perform administrative tasks with proficiency in using HRIS;
• Accompany end-to-end onboarding & offboarding processes;
• Multitask on various projects and initiatives (including corporate events in the Lisbon & Montenegro offices and HR branding at international conferences and online);
• Resolve all staff relocation, finance, learning, and development matters;
• Handle equipment delivery, merch development and orders, collaboration with suppliers;
• Oversee employee overall well-being and satisfaction, bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues;
• Take part in full-cycle recruitment activities and initiatives.

• Possess strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills;
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects;

• Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks;
• Strong level of Ukrainian and English languages.
