Now we are looking for an HR Generalist who loves his work, understands its importance and value 🙂 Our ideal candidate: Has successful experience in the field of HR from the 1st year; has experience in personnel management, including performance evaluation, performance management, training and development of employees, as well as conflict and problem management in the workplace; has successful experience in creating and implementing HR projects; is able to work with stressful situations and perform tasks under limited time ; has excellent communication and organizational skills; active, communicative, stress-resistant and capable of multitasking. Your future duties: Carrying out the onboarding and off-boarding process of employees; control and coordination of the recruiter's work; work on implementation, development and support of corporate culture in the company; conducting analytics and HR metrics; organization of corporate events, team building, informal meetings, trainings and holidays; regular checks of internal processes and systems, identification and resolution of organizational problems; control of 1:1 department heads, analysis and identification of problems.
