Requirements for candidates: Higher education + specialized courses in HR; 4+ years of experience in a managerial role in the personnel department; Deep experience in conflict resolution (psychological additional education); Personal qualities: focus on results, initiative, responsibility, multitasking, high communication skills. Responsibilities: Building an effective organizational structure. Implementation and monitoring of internal personnel management rules and procedures; Optimization of HR business processes and monitoring of their compliance; Participation in strategic personnel management and organizational development; Development and implementation of the strategy for the development of the employer brand and corporate culture; Establish and digitize performance management processes; Development and implementation of motivational programs and KPIs; Grading/categorization of positions with further assessment of functional value. Team development and training activities for personnel; Organization of corporate events for team cohesion; Development of methods of adaptation and motivation of new employees. Formation of personnel reserve, implementation of retention and development programs personnel. Implementation of personnel evaluation system, introduction of competency profiles. Budgeting of personnel evaluation and development.
