HR generalist in TG Consulting

TG Consulting is looking for an HR Generalist who will be responsible for the recruitment, adaptation and development of our team. We are engaged in the implementation of SAP, the development of our products based on SAP and the adaptation of business automation solutions for the Ukrainian market. Our team of professionals helps Ukrainian businesses to automate their processes and work even more efficiently. Requirements: Experience with the full cycle of an employee in the company, conducting 1:1, performance review — from 2 years; Experience closing technical and non-technical vacancies — from 2 years; Communicability, stress resistance , organizational skills; Knowledge of the English language will be an advantage. Working conditions: Competitive salary - according to the results of the interview; Remotely or in the office on the street Vasylkivska, 14 (Kyiv, metro Holosiivska); Duties: HR: Employee lifecycle: onboarding, trial period, dismissal; Adaptation of personnel; Offboarding of employees, conducting exit interviews and providing feedback; Regular 1:1, various surveys, feedback, etc.; Communication between employees and management to resolve issues and identify opportunities for improvement; Performance Review; Administration of HR processes in the HR system (Peopleforce); Organization of corporate events (monthly). Recruiting: Closing vacancies: processing applications, creating job descriptions, searching, conducting interviews; Offers - from creation to negotiations; Conducting research on the level of wages for certain vacancies.
