We are currently looking for an experienced HR generalist, and this position is ideal for active candidates with experience in production (product) companies who have a desire to develop and solve modern and interesting tasks. The reporting will be directly to the CEO of the project. What are the responsibilities? Selection, adaptation and motivation of new employees; Training and development of personnel; Internal communications; Development of corporate culture; Communication between departments and individual meetings with personnel 1:1; Organization of corporate events to unite the team; Team development and training activities for personnel; Development and implementation of motivational programs and KPIs; Optimization of HR business processes and monitoring of their compliance; Participation in strategic personnel management and organizational development; Implementation and monitoring of internal personnel management rules and procedures; Development and implementation strategies for the development of the employer brand and corporate culture. What are your wishes for experience? Work experience of at least 2 years in a similar position. Knowledge of personnel selection and evaluation methods. Understanding of the basics of labor legislation. High communication skills.
