HR Generalist in Sasquatch Digital

Currently, Sasquatch consists of 35 professionals who help our clients to express themselves through digital, targeted and contextual campaigns, creative, SMM. What challenges await you in this position: leading a full cycle of finding and hiring new team members, starting with creating job descriptions that any candidate will fall in love with, and ending with creating transparent offers; automation, optimization and improvement of HR processes; formation of the agency's HR brand; working with the team — conducting screenings and attestations; selecting employee development programs and improving their qualifications; conducting onboarding and outboarding; organizing corporate holidays and team building events in a team with the brand manager; greeting card matters — congratulating team members on birthdays and other holidays; formation and support of the general corporate culture; take care of motivation, satisfaction and a healthy atmosphere in the team. Vacancies that will have to be closed: SMM and account managers, designers, target specialists, copywriters, proofreaders, moderators, new business managers, freelance specialists of various directions. It won’t be boring, and yes, we know — the recruiter’s limit for quality work: no more than 4 vacancies per month. You are our ideal candidate if you: already have two years of HR experience; know how to lead and keep things in order database of candidates and the team; you have developed skills in identifying needs; you speak fluent Ukrainian.
