Main responsibilities: Integrated personnel management: Development and implementation of HR strategies and procedures that meet the company's goals. Recruitment and adaptation of employees, including the organization of onboarding and offboarding. Management of personnel records and document flow. Development and support of employees: Organization of training and development of personnel. Conducting assessments efficiency and career planning of employees. Dealing with issues of motivation, engagement and corporate culture. Managing team relationships: Developing team building programs and corporate events. Maintaining a positive work environment and corporate culture. Identifying and preventing conflicts, as well as dealing with employee complaints and claims .HR analytics and reporting: Collection and analysis of HR metrics to support decision making. Preparation of reports on the effectiveness of HR processes. Skills and requirements: Education: University degree (preferably in the field of HR, psychology or related). Work experience: Minimum 3 years HR generalist position or similar role, preferably in the IT field. Skills: In-depth knowledge of HR processes and employment law. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and MS Office, knowledge of document management tools (Notion, Google Docs ) and analysts.
