We are looking for an HR-generalist to join our friendly team, who will work with the team, increase efficiency, communicate with employees and report to management, monitor team motivation and develop corporate culture. ✅ What to do? Hire staff, complete recruitment cycle. Audit HR processes. Form a personnel reserve. Develop and implement a personnel management strategy. Increase the efficiency of work and team involvement, build networking. Monitor and implement employee training. interviews. Organize team building on a regular basis. Maintain and develop corporate culture. Ratio of work in the areas of Recruiting / HR management — 10/90%. ✅ We expect from you: Experience in the position of HR manager from 2 years. Experience in e-commerce projects will be a plus. Understanding and practical experience of HR processes. Skills in creating and stimulating teams, corporate culture.
