We are looking for a qualified HR Generalist to join our dynamic IT company.

Our ideal candidate has:
- Minimum of 4 years of HR experience, ideally 3 years in a fintech company.
- Knowledge and experience in conducting the hiring process, implementing the onboarding program, offboarding, and tracking the onboarding process of new employees.
- Experience in closing vacancies of various levels.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with employees at different levels.
- Experience working with emotional burnout in employees, conducting one-to-one
- Higher education in the field of personnel management, psychology, business or equivalent qualification.
- Additional courses in human resource management or certification would be an advantage.
- Organization and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of labor legislation.
- High level of self-motivation and the ability to work on several tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-changing environment and adapt to new requirements.
