We are looking for a qualified HR Generalist to join our dynamic IT company.

Office format of work in Kyiv.

Our ideal candidate has:

• Minimum of 4 years of HR experience, ideally 3 years in a fintech company.
• Knowledge and experience in conducting the hiring process, implementing the onboarding program, offboarding, and tracking the onboarding process of new employees.
• Experience in closing vacancies of various levels.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with employees at different levels.
• Experience working with emotional burnout in employees, conducting one-to-one
• Higher education in the field of personnel management, psychology, business or equivalent qualification.
• Additional courses in human resource management or certification would be an advantage.
• Organization and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of labor legislation.
• High level of self-motivation and the ability to work on several tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-changing environment and adapt to new requirements.
