Responsibilities : End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates through various channels toconducting interviews and extending job offers. Support HRFunctions: Provide comprehensive support across allHR functions, including but not limited toemployee relations, performance management, benefits administration, andHR policy adherence. Team-Specific Engagement Activities. HRBranding Activities: Contribute tobuilding and enhancing the organization’s employer brand through various initiatives, including social media engagement, employer branding campaigns, and participation inrelevant industry events. Address Team Members’ Queries: Serve asapoint ofcontact for team members’ HR-related inquiries, with afocus onunderstanding and addressing the unique needs ofthe remote distributed team. Proactive Approach toTeam Concerns: Take aproactive stance inidentifying and addressing potential issues orconcerns within the team. Internal Events Planning and Execution: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders toplan and execute internal events aimed atfostering team cohesion, professional development, and employee engagement. Travel Coordination: Facilitate travel arrangements for team members, ensuring smooth logistics and compliance with relevant policies and regulations. Requirements : Proven experience asanHRGeneralist orsimilar role, with afocus onsupporting multicultural teams. Demonstrated proficiency inrecruitment, employee relations, and organizational development. Strong understanding ofHR principles, practices, and employment laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability toengage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Ability towork independently inaremote setting while maintaining high levels ofproductivity and collaboration. Experience inevent planning and coordination ispreferred.
