About the Position: Asweextend the team we’re looking for anHRGeneralist with some experience and knowledge ofHuman Resources functions. Someone who iswilling tojoin afast-paced start-up environment, motivated towork and constantly develop into amultidimensional role with afocus onbringing value tothe organization and support tothe team. You will work closely with the engineering, growth, operations team under aHead ofHR guidance. Your responsibilities include: —Manage daily workflows. —Ensure compliance with legal requirements. —Assist intalent acquisition and recruitment processes bycollaborating with hiring managers onthe needs, managing apipeline ofagencies and candidates, organizing and conducting interviews, preparing offers. —Assist indevelopment and implementation ofhuman resource policies and programs. —Manage onboarding and offboarding. —Undertake tasks around performance management, organize performance reviews. —Maintain employee and contractors files, records and systems, administer compensation plans. —Handle requests from the team, enhance efficiency byresolving issues promptly, handle requests from the team. —Maintain knowledge ofmarket practices and industry trends, propose adjustment tothe processes ifneeded. Must have: —2+years ofexperience asHRCoordinator, Generalist, Manager oralike. —Experience with conducting interviews. —English language advanced+. —Ability tomanage multiple streams and communication channels, attention todetail. —Experience working with differentHR tools (HRS, ATS, PMtools, Payroll tools, etc.)
