HR Generalist in PivoBank

The company "Red CatBrewery" and "Pivo.Bank" invite to their HR team Generalist! 
Full-time only!

We are a stable company that began its history in 2012 and resumed operations 2 months after the start of a full-scale invasion! We are currently developing:

• retail network "Pivo.Bank" (23 stores),
• craft brewery "Red Cat Brewery"
• chain "beer&food" (2 establishments) 
• chain of beer pubs "Red Cat Pub" (4 pubs)
• mill "Pancake and coffee"

Today we are looking for an HR Generalist who is also interested in professional development, ready to share his positive experience and implement it with us!

Main duties and tasks of the position:

• Organization of recruiting across all positions. 
• Personal adaptation. 
• Participation in the development and implementation of staff motivation (material and immaterial).
• Participation in the organization of training and evaluation of employees within the company. 
• Organization and support of corporate communications.  
• Reporting and analytics (at the request of management).

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in positions HRG or personnel manager from 3 years.
• Desirable experience in the organization of personnel training.
• Knowledge of personnel evaluation methods.
• Experience in developing and implementing motivational programs.
• Orientation towards cooperation and the ability to work in team.

Terms of cooperation:

• Work schedule MON-FRI from 09:00 to 18:00.
• Timely payment of salary (we discuss the level and system of motivation at the interview, based on the skills and experience of the candidate).
