HR generalist in Bilding Telekom, TOV

Field: design and construction of base stations of mobile operators (general contractor Kyivstar,Lifecell andVodafone)
Team: about 50 employees

We are looking HR manager who independently leads the full cycle of work with personnel in a small technical company.

Responsibilities:

• Full HR cycle (HR generalist);

• Recruitment of personnel (engineers, installers, office);

• Adaptation of new employees, control of the trial period;

• Personnel office management in accordance with the Labor Code;

• Military accounting;

• Communication with department heads;

• Organization of corporate events.

Requirements:

• Experience as an HR manager from 2 years;

• Experience in HR management in a company with up to 100 people;

• Knowledge of personnel and military accounting;

• Experience of working with technical or construction personnel is an advantage;

• Independence and responsibility.
