HR generalist in HrProject

dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit">Our Partner, Company "IMOL" Ukrainian company with many years of experience in the field of metalworking and foundry production.  inherit">The Company has ambitious development plans, so we are looking for a new position HR generalist , and get high results together with the Company.

We have two staff locations: the central office and production in the city of Dnipro and a new modern production in the city of Mukachevo. The Company's total staff is up to 300 people. You will independently form the personnel department, in accordance with the tasks and strategic development plans. Currently, there are 3 people in the personnel department.

It is important to us:

• Work experience  HR generalist at manufacturing and trading enterprises from 3 years;
• Experience in building all HR processes in the company: motivation, selection, adaptation, evaluation, training and development of personnel;
• Experience in developing and implementing incentive and motivation programs and KPIs, etc.) in trade and manufacturing companies;
• In-depth knowledge of HR processes and tools (in particular, recruitment, adaptation, training and development, personnel evaluation, compensation and benefits, internal communications, brand employer, etc.)
• Team management experience - from 3 people, strong management skills;
• Excellent letter and oral communication skills;
• High level of mastery of Microsoft Office tools;
• Result orientation, structural and systemic approach to tasks;

Your salary: guaranteed rate from UAH 55,000 trial period 3 months

After the trial period: a guaranteed rate of 55,000 + a bonus for the performance of CRI indicators (15,000 UAH)

Tasks for the trial period:

• Conduct HR audit of the Company, with conclusions and proposals
• Propose HR development plan strategy department/department
• Propose an effective recruiting system and a system (measurement/control) of personnel efficiency

Tasks for positions:

• Develop and implement the company's HR strategy;
• Establish effective recruitment in the company (quality search, evaluation, sale of vacancies at all levels, closing of the staff list);
• Create internal and external personnel reserves for the positions that exist in the company;
• Control of personnel records and accounting/booking of conscripts;
• Develop and implement a system of personnel evaluation, development and professional development employees;
• Improve the system of material and non-material motivation;
• Develop and implement an effective adaptation system employees;
• Conduct 1-to-1, surveys, etc.;
• Develop employer brand and corporate culture internally companies;
• Work on improving communication in the company;
• Create internal training programs that take into account the needs company;
• Business trip to Mukachevo as needed.
