Currently we are looking for a HR Generalist

 Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles (sales, technical, administrative, etc)
  • Create and implement effective hiring strategies tailored to the needs of the organization, focusing on various levels of positions from junior to professional roles 
  • Collaborate with Hiring Manager to define job requirements and create job descriptions 
  • Source and attract candidates through networking, Linkedin, job sites, referrals
  • Conduct CV screening, interviews and organize interviews with Hiring Manager
  • Participate in employer branding events and career events
  • Support onboarding for new hires
  • Prepare internal communication: announcements about appointments, organizational changes, etc
  • Manage medical insurance
  • Internal event management
  • Take part in others HR-related projects

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience 
  • Proven ability to source and hire candidates for diverse positions
  • Skilled in conducting interviews
  • Experience with onboarding or HR support is an advantage
  • Upper-Intermediate English or highter
  • Capable of working autonomously
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
