HR generalist

UTS is alogistics company with 10 years of experience. We build efficient transport and logistics solutions and are looking for an HRG who will (a) become a true partner for the business and the team. This is a role for HR who wants to influence processes and not just serve them.

What you will do

• You will coordinate recruiting and recruiter work;
• You will accompany the adaptation and development of new employees;
• You will organize education, training and development plans;
• You will work with KPIs, bonuses and motivation schemes;
• You will create job descriptions, offers and optimize HR processes;
• You will maintain a positive atmosphere and corporate culture.

Who we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in the position of HR Generalist / HR Manager;
• Understanding the entire HR cycle: recruiting, adaptation, development, motivation;
• Confidence in conducting interviews, certifications and KPI analysis;
• Systematic, communicative, result orientation;
• Willingness to be close to the team and support it every day.
