Requirements:
- Experience in HR from 2 years (HR manager / HR Generalist / Recruiter)
- Successful experience in recruiting employees for teams of 100+ people.
- Knowledge of labor legislation and personnel administration of Ukraine.
- Attention and accuracy in keeping documentation and following HR procedures.
- Ability to organize processes and work with a large amount of information.
- Desire to professional development and mastering new HR tools and practices.
- High level of communication and the ability to work with a team and managers of different divisions.
- Responsibility, systematicity and attention to details.
Basic tasks:
- Full cycle of recruiting employees for the company (frontline and management positions).
- Conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, forming job offers.
- Supporting the process of adaptation of new employees (onboarding).
- Monitoring of key HR indicators: staff turnover, successful completion probationary period, duration of closing vacancies.
- Analysis of reasons for turnover and development of proposals for their reduction.
- Preparation of regular HR analytics and reports for management. Conducting one-to-one meetings, exit interviews and employee satisfaction assessments.
- Implementation of employee and manager development programs (career maps, training programs, development of leadership competencies).
- Ensuring compliance with the labor legislation of Ukraine and internal HR policies. and optimization of corporate HR processes (performance management, onboarding, offboarding).
- Creation and development of HR initiatives to increase employee engagement and efficiency.
