MIKS TRADING LLC - we are a trade and transport company with 7 years of experience in the field of retail and wholesale of rolled metal, pipe products and construction materials, which is growing and improving internal processes.
We are looking for HR Generalist who will help bring the HR circuit in order: from recruitment and adaptation to basic policies, reporting and internal communications.
The purpose of the role
Ensure the stable operation of the end-to-end HR function: recruiting > onboarding > HR admin > internal communications > basic HR analytics. We do it simply, quickly, measurable.
Your tasks
Recruiting
Publication of vacancies, sourcing, screening, interviews together with hiring managers.
Managing the funnel and updating statuses without delays.
Preparation of offers, support exit.
Onboarding/offboarding
Checklist for 0-30/90 days, appointing a mentor, checking the completion of stages.
Exit interview, transfer of knowledge and conclusions for managers.
HR administration
Accounting leave/hospital/schedules (together with accounting).
Preparation of orders and basic templates (admission/transfer/discharge).
Policies, KPIs, interaction rules
Maintenance of job profiles and basic KPIs for key roles.
Update of simple policies (communications, remote work, work tools).
Culture and communications
Announcements, internal news, coordination of small internal events.
Basic surveys and results (pulse survey, eNPS once/quarter).
HR analytics and reporting
Weekly recruitment report (funnel, TtH, offers, exits).
Monthly report: turnover, 90-day retention, participation in onboarding.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in HR (generalist or recruiting + HR-admin).
Tools: ATS, Google Sheets/Excel (formulas), Google Docs/Slides, messengers.
Basic knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine (KZpP) and business document flow.
Strong organization, attention to details, communication "in substance".
Ukrainian is a must; English will be a plus.
Would be an advantage
Experience in onboarding or KPI cycle support.
Participation in ATS/HRIS implementation, working with dashboards.
Experience in trade/distribution/logistics.
