We are growing rapidly and are looking for an HR specialist to help the team stay aligned, focused and motivated in a dynamic environment.
Experience in small teams or startups.
Practical experience in setting up or supporting HR processes: adaptation, feedback, recruiting, communication.
Experience in team planning and decision-making.
Empathy, organization and independence. The ability to act simply and efficiently, without unnecessary formalities.
It will be an advantage:
– Understanding the specifics technical, production or R&D teams.
– Experience in Diya.City format (gig contracts, document flow).
- Basic knowledgelabor legislation and registration of employees.
Responsibilities:
Maintain the basic HR system: documents, templates, surveys, employee records.
Coordinate the registration in the Diya.City format and interaction with the accountant and lawyer.
Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, collect feedback, monitor the overall state of the team and convey important observations to the management.
Participate in workload planning, development and maintenance of the team.
Maintain a culture of responsibility, respect and openness.
Initiate simple team interaction and engagement.
Work at a mil-tech company unmanned systems and solutions for the defense of Ukraine.
