UkrDefense is a Ukrainian mil-tech company that develops unmanned systems for the Defense Forces.
The team includes engineers, production workers, military personnel and managers who create real solutions for the front.
We are growing rapidly and are looking for an HR specialist to help the team stay aligned, focused and motivated in a dynamic environment.
Experience in small teams or startups.
Practical experience in setting up or supporting HR processes: adaptation, feedback, recruiting, communication.
Experience in team planning and decision-making.
Empathy, organization and independence. The ability to act simply and efficiently, without unnecessary formalities.
It will be an advantage:
– Understanding the specifics technical, production or R&D teams.
– Experience in Diya.City format (gig contracts, document flow).
- Basic knowledgelabor legislation and registration of employees.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain key HR processes: recruiting, onboarding, feedback, offboarding.
- Together with management, define roles, areas of responsibility and logic of interaction within teams.
Maintain the basic HR system: documents, templates, surveys, employee records.
Coordinate the registration in the Diya.City format and interaction with the accountant and lawyer.
Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, collect feedback, monitor the overall state of the team and convey important observations to the management.
Participate in workload planning, development and maintenance of the team.
- Help solve work situations. HR issues — to offer options for action based on data and context.
Maintain a culture of responsibility, respect and openness.
Initiate simple team interaction and engagement.
Work at a mil-tech company unmanned systems and solutions for the defense of Ukraine.
