HR generalist in HRTEAM

Cup Club is a young team of ambitious and professional people who are changing the coffee culture in Ukraine. We import, sell, rent and service coffee equipment.

We are rapidly developing, growing and are currently looking for the heart of our team - a HR Generalist, who will help us build a strong culture, a cohesive team and maintain the energy that starts with each of our day

What will be included in your duties?

• Formation of a strong and a cohesive team — from the adaptation of newcomers to the development of existing employees.
• Conducting regular 1:1 meetings with the team, maintaining constant feedback.
• Creating a positive psychological climate in the team, working with people's motivation and energy.
• Organizing team building, training, and internal events for teams.
• Participation in the formation of HR strategy and corporate culture.
• Improvement of internal HR processes (adaptation, onboarding, assessment, development).
• Recruitment — from search to adaptation of new employees (30% of time).

We are looking for a person who:

• Has 2+ years of experience in HR (Generalist, HRBP or People Partner will be a big plus).
• Loves communicating with people and knows how to listen - empathy is not just a trait for you, but a work style.
• Able to keep your hand on the pulse of the team - feel mood, react to changes, maintain balance.
• Has strong communication and organizational skills.
• Open, proactive, genuinely loves people and team dynamics.
