The A1 Telecom team has an open vacancy for the position of HR Generalist!

A1 Telecom company - provides modern corporate telecommunications solutions and systems to clients all over the world. We specialize in voice and SMS communication channels for Contact Centers and corporate clients. We provide cloud PBX services.

KEY TASKS: find talent, supervise, motivate, retain and develop our Team. 

What we expect:

• Experience in building a department for active sales and of marketing
• Systemic thinking and the ability to organize team work, achieving results
• Experience in recruiting, adaptation, evaluation and personnel development
• Ability to work with all departments of the company
• Friendly communication style, high level of emotional intelligence
• Availability of a remote workplace and own equipment and headsets for communications
• English language is preferred

Terms of our cooperation with you:

• Fixed work schedule: from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday-Friday.
• Format of work: remote
• Timely payment of salary:  rate  * KPI(80-110%) + bonus for the result (CCP). The rate depends on the results of the final interview. The level of financial reward from the results.
