- Organorganization of employee training and development;
- Implementation of HR policies and regulations;
- Organization of corporate events;
- Military accounting and booking.
We expect the result for the 1st month: audit of HR processes, closing of vacancies for marketer and installer.
In the 3rd month: improved organizational structure and motivation system, increased level of staff satisfaction.
