• Work experience in the field of telecommunications.

Your main tasks will be:

• Search and recruitment of personnel (for the first month Marketer, Installer);
• Ensure comprehensive onboarding of new employees, adaptation of newcomers;
• Increasing staff involvement and satisfaction;
• Organorganization of employee training and development;
• Implementation of HR policies and regulations;
• Organization of corporate events;
• Military accounting and booking.

We expect the result for the 1st month: audit of HR processes, closing of vacancies for marketer and installer.

In the 3rd month: improved organizational structure and motivation system, increased level of staff satisfaction.
