Place of work: Kyiv (full-time, remote format with periodic offline meetings)

Main duties: < /p>

• Managing the full cycle of recruiting and research. Active search and selection of talent, from creating attractive job descriptions to conducting interviews and preparing offers. 
• Employee life cycle management and compliance with HR processes: onboarding, personnel evaluation, offboarding and others. 
• Active participation in the growth of the company and the implementation of strategic plans to increase the team. 
• Development of offers, job descriptions, presentations and strategies for achieving planned indicators. 
• Cooperation with leading universities of Ukraine, participation in job fairs and events to strengthen the company's HR brand. Speeches with presentations within the framework of these events. 
• Development and implementation of mental health programs, team building activities and gamification of the work process. Conducting eNPS surveys. 
• Ensuring comfortable adaptation of newcomers and maintaining a positive psychological climate in the team. 
• Management of certification and career development processes, as well as participation in the management of colleagues' work evaluation processes. 
• Conducting regular 1:1 meetings with team members and effective interaction at all levels. 

Requirements: 

• 2+ years of HR management experience. 
• Local stay in Kyiv. Despite the remote work format, the ability to participate in offline meetings is necessary. 
• Knowledge of the English language is not lower than B2 level, as you will assess the level of language knowledge of the candidates. 
• High level of emotional intelligence, ability for effective leadership, communication and empathy. 
• Experience in multitasking, ability to successfully manage several projects and tasks at the same time. 
• Having experience in the development and implementation of HR projects, from the creation of strategies to their implementation and evaluation of results, will be your advantage. 
• Aspiration to achieve set goals and develop one's direction.
