We are looking for: HR Generalist. 

Functional duties:

• Adaptation of new specialists
• Organization of the process/control of "entry into office"
• Offboarding of specialists (rarely, but of course it happens)
• Building recruiting and HR processes (office)
• Conducting 1:1 meetings, staff assessment and identification; motivation
• Effective HR budget planning
• Promotion of internal and external HR brand
• Optimization of existing HR business processes / their description
• Description and control over compliance with internal rules/procedures
• Development and implementation of motivational programs
• Team development

Requirements:

• Higher education< /li>
• Has experience in the position of HR Generalist from 2 years
• Uurgent cases of development, adaptation, motivation of company personnel
• Has successful cases of sourcing/recruiting in today's realities
• Loves his profession and wants to develop in HR
