We are looking for a HR Generalist to join the team. 

Main responsibilities:

  1. Development and implementation of a strategy for the search and selection of employees.< /li>
  2. Conducting interviews, evaluation and selection of candidates.
  3. Organization, implementation, support and improvement of processes: Pre-boarding, On-boarding, Adaptation, Learning & Development, 1-to-1 meetings , Events, Off-boarding.
  4. Preparation of reports and HR analytics.
  5. Administration of HR processes and data on employees in the People Force HRM system.
  6. Providing employees with timely internal communications, greetings, participation in surveys.
  7. Development, implementation, updating of company policies and procedures.
  8. Exhibition of initiative and proactivity in improving and automating current processes. Building and maintaining trust, partnership relations with colleagues.

It is important for us:

  1. Experience work in the position of HR Generalist or a similar position from 2 years.
  2. Experience in the field of Digital or IT will be a plus.
  3. Successful experience in building/optimizing/adapting HR processes: Recruiting, Pre-boarding, On-boarding, Adaptation, Learning & Development, 1-to-1 meetings, Off-boarding.
  4. Experience in organizing off/online events for the team.
  5. Knowledge of labor legislation, HR metrics and methods.
  6. High level of mastery of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
  7. Flexibility and quick adaptation to changes, high communication and negotiation skills , the ability to build partnerships with colleagues, empathy, focus on results and business needs, responsibility, planning and organization, proactivity and initiative.
