Load N Go Inc is seeking a proactive Remote HR Generalist to enhance our administrative processes from anywhere. In this key role, you will optimize operations, ensure effective communication across divisions, and help build a productive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the process of hiring, onboarding, and developing remote employees.
  • Maintain and organize the company org board and job binders.
  • Manage remote workplace assignments, equipment, and communication tools to ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct regular virtual inspections, manage company statistics, and address any ethical concerns.
  • Organize rewards programs and ensure adherence to administrative standards.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience as an HR Manager/Generalist/Director; trucking industry experience preferred.
  • Ability to support company goals and effectively resolve conflicts.

Schedule: Monday — Friday, 08:00 — 16:00 CST
