Our team is currently looking for a talented specialist for the positionHR Generalist!

What you will do:

• Full cycle of recruiting (posting vacancies, conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, etc.)

• Choosing and using optimal job search methods

• Organization of adaptation of new employees (onboarding)

• One-on-one with employees

• Conducting internal communications, organizing corporate events

• Promoting the employer brand through quality communication with candidates

Our candidate:

• Experience in Recruiting from the 1st year inretail company

• Understanding the full recruitment cycle

• High communication and negotiation skills

• Openness to new knowledge and readiness to accept feedback

• Organization and self-discipline

• High level of empathy

• English language B1+
