Your tasks:
· HR process audit: Analysis of current HR procedures and practices of the company, development and implementation of recommendations for their improvement.
· < strong>People Partner: attraction and recruitment, onboarding and adaptation, motivation and training, offboarding.
· Organization of training: Coordination and organization of educational events and trainings for employees company.
· Wage and motivation system: Initiation of changes in the wage system, development and implementation of staff motivation and stimulation programs.
· Material and non-material stimulation: Implementation of effective methods of material and non-material motivation of employees to increase their interest and productivity. organization of corporate events to build team spirit and increase employee satisfaction.
· Optimization of work processes: Management and improvement of work processes, ensuring effective interaction between specialists.
· Internal communication and corporate culture: Ensuring effective internal communication, maintaining a positive psychological atmosphere and corporate culture.
· Resolving conflicts: Resolving labor conflicts, contributing to the creation of a harmonious working environment.
Your qualifications:
· Work experience in HR: Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources management resources, including all key aspects of HR processes.
· Emotional leadership and communication skills: High level of emotional intelligence, ability for effective leadership, communication and empathy.
< p>· Multitasking: Experience working in multitasking conditions, the ability to successfully manage several projects and tasks at the same time.· Implementation of HR projects: Successful development experience and implementation of HR projects, from the creation of strategies to their implementation and evaluation of results.
· Knowledge of the English language: Proficiency in English at a level not lower than B1 for effective communication and work with international materials.
