HR generalist in ACINO Ukrayina

Acino Ukraine is looking for HR generalist.

Key responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Talent Retention;
• Onboarding: 
• Support of training process and team’s developing;
• Support of performance review process;
• Support of engagement survey; 
• Offboarding, exit interview;
• Development of the employer brand;
• Managers and employees’ consulting and support;
• Participation in global projects.

Profile & expectations:

• University degree;
• 2-3 years’ experience in HR;
• Good command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint);
• Intermediate+ level of English;
• Analytical skills, effective communication, high level of personal involvement;
• Ability to work in a fast changing environment.
