• Knowledge and experience in conducting the hiring process, implementing the onboarding program and tracking the process of adaptation of new employees;

• Organization and attention to detail;
• Knowledge of labor legislation;
• High level of self-motivation;
• Ability to work in a fast-changing environment and adapt to new requirements.
